Can I get a refund if I cancel my subscription?
Given the nature of digital content, we do not generally offer a refund or credit if you decide to cancel your subscription unless required by applicable laws
- you have changed your mind about your subscription;
- you subscribed by mistake;
- you are not satisfied with the current offering (could not find desired content)
- you do not have sufficient expertise to use the Items made available;
- you ask for goodwill; or
- you can no longer access any of your desired items because they have been removed from DH Plus Server
If I’m eligible for a refund, how will I receive it?
If we decide to issue a refund or credit, this will generally be done using the same manner used to make the purchase. Any payment made to you will be made in the currency we offered to you when you purchased your subscription (either Euros or US Dollars), under the rules of the payment method.**
Can I receive a partial refund for the annual plan?
We are unable to offer a refund (partial or otherwise) if you have used your subscription already few months . Your plan will remain valid until the end of your annual plan.
If you are unsure that you need an annual plan, you may wish to subscribe to a monthly plan instead.
How long does it take to receive a refund?
Your refund will be processed back to your original payment method (for Visa/MasterCard/Apple Pay it may take 5-10 business days before it is processed and for Paypal 24-48 hours).
